By shopping with Qirtas, you agree to the following:
1. Our Products
We design and curate a collection of stationery, tools, and everyday objects — some are made by us, others come from brands we admire. We try to keep everything as accurate and up-to-date as possible, but pricing, availability, and product details may change from time to time.
Images are representative — colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen (or lighting or mood).
2. Orders & Payment
Orders are only confirmed once the payment is made. You will get a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel an order if something looks suspicious, mispriced, or unavailable — but we’ll always get in touch if that happens.
All payments go through Shopify’s secure system. Your card details are safe, and we never store your payment information.
3. Shipping
We ship locally, regionally, and internationally. Rates and timelines are shown at checkout, unless stated otherwise. We do our best to get your order to you on time, but once it leaves our hands, delays can happen (customs, weather, courier adventures).
If your package hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, let us know — we’ll help where we can.
4. Returns
All sales are final — we don’t accept returns unless something arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, email us within 3 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and a quick photo. We’ll take it from there.
We can’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, used items, or limited-edition goods that have sold out.
5. Custom Work & Collaborations
For larger collaborations or custom B2B orders, we operate under separate contracts and agreements. Terms such as delivery timeline, ownership of design, and exclusivity will be defined on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
All Qirtas product designs, words, photos, and visuals are original to us unless otherwise credited. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or resell anything from our website without written permission.
If you're a stockist, media partner, or collaborator and need materials, just ask — we’ll send over what you need.
7. Using Our Website
This site is operated on Shopify. All purchases are subject to secure processing via Shopify Payments. Your use of the website constitutes agreement to these terms and any applicable laws.
8. Things Might Change
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the new version here. Using the site after an update means you’re on board with the latest version.
