Refund policy

Because we sell stationery, paper goods, and small batch collections, all sales are considered final — with one exception: if something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

To request a return or replacement, email us within 3 days of receiving your item with your order number and a quick photo of the issue. We'll handle it from there.

We don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, and we can’t accept returns on used, written-in, or customized items.
