Do you have a physical store?

How do I place an order

You can shop directly through our website or send us a DM on Instagram for quick orders and requests.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship regionally and internationally. Shipping options and rates will appear at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Local orders typically arrive within 1-2 working days. Regional and international orders may take 7–14 days depending on destination.

Can I customize a product?

We offer custom design for large-scale collaborations or business orders (see B2B FAQs below).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and local payment options at checkout.

What’s your return policy?

We don’t accept returns on stationery or gift items unless the product is damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll sort it out for you.

Where are your products made?

We design in-house in Bahrain and produce locally whenever possible, alongside a curated selection of products from exceptional makers around the world. Some are made here, some are made abroad — all are chosen for their quality, craft, and the stories they carry. Our own designs reflect our Bahraini roots, while our curated finds bring in a global perspective.

Can I pre-order a new collection or drop?

We occasionally offer pre-orders for special kits or collaborations. Keep an eye on our announcements or join our mailing list to stay in the loop.

I saw something at a pop-up that’s not online — can I still get it?

Maybe! DM us with a photo or description and we’ll let you know what’s available.

Do you offer corporate gifting or bulk orders?

Can you design something for our hotel, exhibition, or business?

Yes! We specialize in storytelling through products. Whether it's a thoughtful giveaway or a curated guest experience, we can help you translate your brand into product.

What’s your minimum order for B2B projects?

It depends on the scope. For full custom design, we usually require a minimum quantity and lead time. But if you're not sure where to start, just reach out — we’ll guide you.

Why the name Qirtas?

“Qirtas” means paper in colloquial Arabic — a simple word that holds a lot of weight. For us, it’s where stories begin.

How do you decide what to make or curate?

We follow what excites us: good design, cultural texture, and thoughtful utility. If we’d use it on our desks or gift it to a friend, it makes the cut.

What if I’m not a “stationery person”?

You will be. Happens all the time.

Can I stock Qirtas in my shop?

Possibly! Send us a message and tell us a bit about your store. We're always open to the right fit.

Can I start using the planner in the middle of the year?

All our planners are undated. Start wherever your chaos begins.
